NEIGHBOURHOODS AT CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 18th IVF Va’a World-Sprint Championships represent a real opportunity to highlight the practice of va’a internationally. But it is also a unique opportunity to involve the local population.

The highlight of the solidarity component of the LOC is represented by the VA’A MATA’EINA’A CONTEST. While Va’a no te Ora was primarily intended for the districts of Pirae, the solidarity actions of the LOC are taking on a new dimension with this competition dedicated to the priority districts of the 13 municipalities of Tahiti and Moorea.
